These terms explain the use of this website and how recovery, assistance and vehicle transport enquiries are handled.

Enquiries and booking confirmation

The website is an enquiry channel. Completing a form, opening WhatsApp or requesting a quote does not confirm a booking. The vehicle, route, service, price, timing and any job-specific conditions must be agreed directly before work is confirmed.

Accurate vehicle and access details

Provide the make and model, location, destination and known condition. Tell us about missing keys, locked or damaged wheels, steering or braking issues, modifications and access restrictions. Loading suitability depends on the vehicle and the available equipment and lawful payload. A 7.5t truck classification is not a 7.5t carrying capacity.

Quotes and payment

Confirm the total price, applicable taxes, payment method and payment timing directly before accepting a job. Any potential route charges or additional work should be discussed as part of that agreement. A change to the vehicle, route, access or service may require a revised quote, to be agreed before additional work proceeds.

Availability and safety

The service is available for enquiries 24/7. Arrival and collection times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and depend on availability, traffic, conditions and safe access. Work may need to be reassessed or stopped if it cannot be carried out safely or lawfully.

Collection and handover

Ensure you have authority to arrange the vehicle movement and provide the required keys and access instructions. Tell us about existing damage, remove loose valuables where practicable, and agree the receiving contact and delivery instructions. Do not enter an unsafe location to prepare the vehicle.

Cancellations, concerns and consumer rights

See our cancellations and complaints information. Nothing on this website excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. Any job-specific terms must be supplied before you agree the booking.

Photographs show previous work and do not guarantee that every vehicle or recovery situation can be accommodated. Website content is general information, not a promise of a particular response time or price. Do not reproduce the logo or photographs without permission.
